At Adiba Chaudhary, we strive to ensure that every product meets our highest quality standards. However, in the rare event that a manufacturing fault is detected, we are committed to accommodating returns and exchanges under the following policy:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products with manufacturing faults.
- Customers must file a return or exchange request online within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
Return and Exchange Procedure:
- Log in to your Adiba Chaudhary account and navigate to the "Returns & Exchanges" section.
- Fill out the return or exchange request form, providing details of the manufacturing fault.
- Attach clear photos highlighting the fault for our review.
- Once the request is submitted, our customer service team will review it within 2 business days.
- If the request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify the manufacturing fault.
- If the fault is confirmed, we will process a refund or exchange as per your preference.

- Our products undergo a meticulous quality control process, including four tailored checks, to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- Each item is inspected by our skilled team to detect any manufacturing faults before it is shipped to the customer.
- Despite our stringent quality control measures, if a fault is identified after delivery, we are committed to addressing it promptly and professionally.
