  2. Customers must file a return or exchange request online within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.
  3. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  4. Proof of purchase, such as order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.

Return and Exchange Procedure:

  1. Log in to your Adiba Chaudhary account and navigate to the "Returns & Exchanges" section.
  2. Fill out the return or exchange request form, providing details of the manufacturing fault.
  3. Attach clear photos highlighting the fault for our review.
  4. Once the request is submitted, our customer service team will review it within 2 business days.
  5. If the request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
  6. Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify the manufacturing fault.
  7. If the fault is confirmed, we will process a refund or exchange as per your preference.

  2. Each item is inspected by our skilled team to detect any manufacturing faults before it is shipped to the customer.
  3. Despite our stringent quality control measures, if a fault is identified after delivery, we are committed to addressing it promptly and professionally.
